| One of the strut mounts on my car gave way on Dec 24th of all days. The guys at Youngstedts were able to locate the parts, get them delivered, make the repair, and have the car back to me by mid afternoon that same day all without an appointment. Thank you Youngstedts and Merry Christmas! |

| Jeremy does a great job delivering bad news and then advising on the value of the appropriate decision to be made (like a doctor). He gave us the diagnosis, the prognosis, the treatment plan and unlike a doctor, the cost of the treatment and he was spot on with everything. Well done Dr. Jeremy! |

During this last visit, he discovered and fixed a problem I was having with my cargo door - without charging me for it.
