| Honest, professional, quick, Awesome |

| I have been bringing my car into Youngstedts Mtka for services for years. It is an old car (19 years old) and as things fail the service team has recently worked with me a lot on alternatives to really expense repairs for such an old car and I truly appreciate that. |

| Service was great for both cars. Honestly it is a big improvement and I have been very hesitant to again use Youngstedts because of issues in the past. Over the last year, I had many scheduling issues with either the onsite intake or with calling in where my calls were not being returned or the request online just went unanswered. As a result I had tires replaced on 3 cars at Discount Tire. I am glad to see the improvement as I would much rather support a family business such as Youngstedts. Thank you for supporting Minnetonka Hockey. |

| Mechanic did a thorough evaluation of car during seasonal oil change and found cause of engine stalling that troubled me for over a year. Problem corrected and front office provided good customer support and fair billing. |

| The team was very responsive to my concerns and did not make me feel foolish when I was describing the noise and shaking my car was doing. My car is 17 years old and has a bit of wear and tear, they found and fixed the concerns so it now drives almost as quietly and smoothly as a newer car! |
